MRC Landmarks is a Madurai company. The southern districts of Tamil Nadu — the towns we grew up in and still live in — are where we began and where our focus stays.
Who we are
Southern by address,
southern by habit.
MRC began in Madurai, in a family that has held and farmed land around the city for two generations. We know which side of a village floods in the north-east monsoon, which roads the district will widen next, and which office keeps its records in order — the kind of knowledge that does not come from a brochure.
That is why the South comes first for us. Madurai, Dindigul, Virudhunagar, Sivaganga, Theni — these districts are growing on their own terms, and we would rather understand them properly than be strangers wherever we build next.
What the South taught us
Buy where people already live.
We look for land at the edge of towns that are growing anyway — near the bypass, the college, the bus stand — not in a field that needs a promise to become somewhere.
Plan for a southern family.
Plots sized for a house with a car and a courtyard, roads wide enough for a wedding pandal, and a park the children can actually walk to.
Build with local hands.
Our surveyors, contractors, lawyers and site staff come from the district we are building in. A layout is local from the first stone to the last registration, wherever it is.
